Filter Cage:

• What kind of top does it have? (flat collar, snap band, ring top, split collar or rolled flange top,)
• Material type (carbon steel, mild steel, galvanized steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel)
• Diameter and length of the cage
• How many vertical wires (10, 12, 20 vertical wires are typical)
• Horizontal ring spacing (150, 200,220mm)
• Wire thickness range (3 mm, 4mm, 5mm)
• Finish or coating (Bituminous black paint, Aluminium paint)

Split Cages:
A special type of cage, generally used when the head room available in bag filter/dust collector is limited. We have two designs for these types of cages one is by using clips and the other is by using split rings

Filter Bags:
To optimize the filteration performance high quality dust collector bags need to be used. They are also used to minimize the dust emission levels as per industry standard. These bags have an efficiency of 99.9%. We make filter bags of Polyester, Polypropylene, Homopolymer, Co-Polymer, PPS(Ryton), Nomex, Fiber Glass, PTFE, P-84 with finishes for enhance the performance of bag like Water repellent, Water & Oil repellent, Antistatic, Flame retardant, PTFE Coated, PTFE Membrane Laminated. We will supply to suit any existing bag design in the current market place or a new cage and bag fitting tailored to suit your individual requirements. Ventury:
To maximize the efficiency of cleaning filter bags, by using jet of air, specially designed venturies are used. We have various designs to suite your cage diameter. We manufacture these in MS,GI,SS 304, SS 316, Aluminium material.
